“The rooms were very clean. The desk staff was amazing. I wouldn't recommend breakfast here it was expensive they got all of the orders incorrect. Forgot things we had to ask for toast then we had to ask for margarine. Just skip the breakfast. The rest of the hotel is absolutely perfect. I would recommend staying here.”

“A very happy and pleasant experience. Front desk receptionist, She even knew my name as she welcomed us. Staff is great, management is very attentive and responsive. I was very impressed with manager Stefan, extremely polite, professional and very supportive of his team and staff. He even knew the name of his staff member who I was trying to compliment in the M-club. It shows a leader who knows his team members by name. Front desk staff when we checked in was very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast and snack menu was excellent. House keeping, hospitality support and the M-club staff were all very supportive. We were very impressed and being a Bonvoy Memeber for many years, we were very grateful to have stayed here and will always return to this hotel when we visit again. Thank Stefan!”

“The team at the Markham Marriott is amazing! I wanted to say thank so much for such a warm welcome which included an upgrade and a sweet note from the team and management. The front desk, makes check in and check out extremely seemless by adding the mobile key, and even personally delivering updated key cards. I wanted acknowledge the front desk members including, and not limited to: Damon, Janelle, Cyra, Sahlefte, Reginia, and Marife. The front desk is wonderful and welcoming, ty. The M Club Lounge attendees, including Francensco, Nethania, and Janelle also did a wondeful job. I also wanted to acknowledge the best housekeeping staff including and not limited, to Sofia and Melanie who did a great job at cleaning the rooms and providing great service. The support staff including Ashley who helped with our bags, and others are amazing as well. Thank you Marriott Markham, we would definitely recommend this hotel! Natalya”

“The hotel is very nice, modern, and well-kept. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which always makes a big difference when you’re traveling. My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Everything felt well-maintained and organized. One of the highlights is that Ruth’s Chris Steak House is located right in the lobby, which is super convenient. Just a heads up — they don’t deliver to your room, so you’ll need to dine in or pick it up. There’s valet parking available, which makes things easy, and the hotel also has a club/lounge area, which is a nice added perk. Overall, a really solid stay. I’d definitely come back when I’m in the area.”

“The hotel is brand new and sparkling clean. The gym, pool and spa are very good. The M Club Lounge was just okay, breakfast was okay and hors d’oeuvres fell short of expectations, yet the staff was trying to make it up by accommodating special orders. Thanks!”

“Staff was excellent and rooms were very nice. Parking was easy as well. Nice pool and gym. M Lounge was one of the least fancy I have seen, very little choice and not great quality of snacks, always empty as very little available compared to big crowds. Worst M lounge I have been to but otherwise a very nice hotel”
